We use this information to: respond to enquiries and provide quotes; set up, run, and maintain your LeadEngine system; process subscription payments; send service-related communication (billing notices, onboarding updates); and comply with legal and tax obligations under Indian law.

3. How We Use Lead & Client Data

If you are a Client, the Service involves us handling enquiry and member data belonging to your business (such as names, phone numbers, and messages from your prospective clients) in order to run your automated follow-up system. This data is used strictly to deliver the Service to you and is not sold, rented, or used for any purpose outside running your system.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the third-party tools required to run the Service — primarily GoHighLevel (CRM and automation platform) and Razorpay (payment processing). We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third parties.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored within the platforms used to deliver the Service (e.g., GoHighLevel) and protected using the security standards provided by those platforms. We take reasonable steps to restrict access to client data to only what is necessary for service delivery.

6. Data Retention

We retain business and billing records for as long as required under Indian tax and financial regulations. Client system data is retained for the duration of an active subscription and may be deleted upon request following cancellation, subject to any legal retention requirements.
