Cancellation & Refunds Policy

This Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for FlowBrains LeadEngine, a subscription service provided by FlowBrains Technologies LLP.

1. Subscription Model

FlowBrains LeadEngine is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. There is no fixed-term lock-in — you are billed month to month for as long as your subscription remains active.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, by emailing support@flowbrains.com with your business name and registered email. Cancellation requests are acknowledged within 2 business days.

Cancelling stops future billing only. Your current billing cycle, once charged, runs to completion — you will continue to have access to your active system until the end of the cycle already paid for.

3. Refund Policy

FlowBrains does not offer refunds for amounts already billed and paid. Because the Service involves real configuration work, system setup, and ongoing management performed on your behalf from the start of each billing cycle, fees already charged are non-refundable once the cycle has begun.

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us immediately at support@flowbrains.com. Verified billing errors will be corrected and refunded within 7 business days of confirmation.

4. No Free Trials

FlowBrains does not offer free trials. Where a discounted or pilot entry rate is offered, this will be confirmed in writing before billing begins, and standard cancellation and refund terms above still apply.

5. Disputes

If you wish to dispute a charge, please contact us directly before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer — most billing concerns can be resolved within a few business days through direct contact.
