These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FlowBrains LeadEngine ("the Service"), provided by FlowBrains Technologies LLP ("FlowBrains," "we," "us," or "our"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India (LLPIN: ACW-3442, GSTIN: 07AALFF2144B1ZV). By subscribing to or using the Service, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FlowBrains LeadEngine is a done-for-you lead follow-up and revenue-recovery system built for fitness and wellness businesses — gyms, studios, and non-clinical fitness or wellness coaches. We design, configure, and manage an automated follow-up system on your behalf using third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel). We do not provide medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice, and the Service is not intended for clinical or healthcare providers.

2. Subscription & Billing

The Service is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate confirmed at the time of signup. Billing begins from the date your system goes live and continues each month until cancelled. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may be confirmed in writing before your subscription starts.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing at support@flowbrains.com. Cancellation stops future billing from the next billing cycle onward. See our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for full details.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to any accounts or tools required to set up the Service, and reasonable cooperation during onboarding. Delays caused by missing access or information may delay activation timelines described in our Service Activation Policy.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Service relies on third-party software (including but not limited to GoHighLevel and payment processors such as Razorpay). We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep your system functioning.

6. Intellectual Property

Workflow templates, automation sequences, and system designs created by FlowBrains remain the intellectual property of FlowBrains Technologies LLP. You are granted a right to use your configured system for as long as your subscription is active.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlowBrains provides the Service on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead conversion, or retention outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your business's responsiveness, offer, and market conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding month of service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service in cases of non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms, with notice provided wherever reasonably possible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
