Service Activation Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026FlowBrains LeadEngine is a digital service — there is no physical product shipped. This page explains how and when your service is activated and delivered after payment, in place of a traditional shipping policy.
1. Nature of Delivery
FlowBrains LeadEngine is delivered entirely online. Once your subscription is confirmed and payment is processed, our team begins configuring your automated lead follow-up system using the information and access you provide during onboarding.
2. Activation Timeline
System setup and activation typically begins within 2 business days of payment confirmation and onboarding information being received. Standard pilot/initial system builds (covering enquiry response, booking, and follow-up sequences) are typically completed and live within 7–10 business days, depending on the speed of access and information provided by the Client.
3. What Affects Timelines
Activation may take longer if there are delays in receiving necessary access (e.g., your existing CRM, calendar, or communication channels), incomplete business information, or back-and-forth required to confirm your specific workflow. We will keep you updated by email throughout setup.
4. Ongoing Service
Once live, your system runs continuously as part of your active monthly subscription. Any changes, additions, or fixes requested after go-live are handled as part of ongoing service, with response timelines confirmed during onboarding.
